Custom and Personalized Items

Custom printed, engraved, or personalized items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error caused by our production process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Customer Design or Spelling Errors

We are not responsible for mistakes submitted by the customer, including spelling errors, wrong names, incorrect dates, low-quality artwork, wrong sizes, or approved design details.

Non-Custom Products

If a product is not customized or personalized, return eligibility may depend on the item condition and timing of the request.

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method when possible. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before production begins. Once a custom order has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
